Refund policy

Refunds will be issued at the discretion of Smart Aquariums  ,  fair to both the company and customer, only if there is a genuine product fault.

Damage caused by customers own transport /  / cracks / leakages  due to  placing cabinet on uneven floor , Incorrect installation   Misuse , Modifications to the tank and set up , is not covered under warranty and refunds will not be done .

Any change of mind cancellation be accepted only if following all 3 points are met, no exceptions , so please select carefully .

1] Cancellation should be in writing 

2] Within 7 days of invoice date .

3] Before goods have been despatch /picked up only .

if all 3 above conditions are met , Refunds  of monies will  be processed within seven (7) days .
