Delivery is provided to the front door only.

The item is delivered on a pallet. If there is a level driveway, the driver will push the pallet into the garage. If this is not possible, the pallet will be left just outside the house.

Due to the combined weight of the tank, cabinet, and pallet (approximately 185–250 kg), we strongly recommend having at least two/ three  people available to uncrate the unit and move the tank and cabinet inside the house.

Gross weights:

• ZLL 1200 – Tank: 103 kg / Cabinet: 62 kg

• ZLL 1500 – Tank: 132 kg / Cabinet: 81 kg

The tank and cabinet are securely crated on a pallet.

Ourdelivery service is only upto the garage , not inside the house . .

Please keep inmind , The total shipment weight can be up to approximately 225 kg , and will require 2 - 3 people to uncrate the items and set up inside the house .

Damage to the tanks due to improper handling will not be covered under warranty .
